To begin your return, just send an email to info@santoas.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and a confirmation that the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive your request, our support team will promptly reply with clear instructions and a prepaid return label—so you won’t have to pay anything out of pocket.
After receiving your label, securely pack your item, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest return location.
